Refunds and Returns

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date of your purchase, /dev/null will not offer you a full refund or exchange. In order to request a refund, please contact /dev/null. Upon acceptance of the return, /dev/null shall refund the invoice amount, less restocking fee if applicable, in the format of the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns are subject to inspection and, at the discretion of /dev/null, may be denied.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made when processing your order. Please contact /dev/null for any further questions on non-returnable items.

NOTE: Products that have been installed, used, and run, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, /dev/null will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges

/dev/null will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please contact /dev/null.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your item(s) to /dev/null.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. /dev/null cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
