All products and services sold by /dev/null are sold for off road use only. Any other use or application is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Modifications and installation of aftermarket components may, under certain applications, void original dealer warranty. Modification and alternation of vehicles may create situations which could inflict serious bodily injury or death. Buyers and users of these products hereby expressly assume all risk, and hereby release /dev/null of all liability associated with any such modifications and use. It is the recommendation of /dev/null that all products be installed by trained professionals only.

Warranty

All manufacturer produced products adhere to the manufacturer’s provided warranty. There shall be no warranty on /dev/null products manufactured in house. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly stated in writing from /dev/null. In the event that an /dev/null manufactured product does not meet or exceed customer expectations (incorrect fit, finish, etc), please contact /dev/null to develop a resolution. /dev/null is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction and looks forward to working with its customers to drive excellence.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

/dev/null offers its customers the option to return products, where applicable, within 30 days of the date or purchase. All product returns shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are subject to inspection and, at the discretion of /dev/null, may be denied. Returns must be in new condition.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made when processing your order. Please contact /dev/null for any further questions on non-returnable items.

In order to request a refund, please contact /dev/null. Upon acceptance of the return, /dev/null shall refund the invoice amount, less restocking fee if applicable, in the format of the original payment method.

NOTE: Products that have been installed, used, and run, are non-refundable/non-returnable.

Shipping and Payment Info

/dev/null accepts all and major credit card as payment methods. Personal checks are not accepted.

Shipping method shall be at the discretion of /dev/null (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). For products in stock, all efforts shall be best effort to ship within 3 business days. Please reference your quotation for lead times on all products.
